  1. Hey Alli

I stumbled across your blog somehow but I have been a big fan of Nick’s writing on t-nation for awhile and I LOVE your videos!

The contrast training is fun and I showed another friend your blog and she is using your techniques with her clients now.

Thanks so much and I look forward to following your continued progress 🙂 You’re JACKED!

    One question-are you on twitter?

  2. Hi Alli,

I’ve followed you for awhile and recently heard your interview with Nick on the fitcast.

I’d love to interview but not sure how to contact you directly.

Please let me know if you’d be interested. I’m always looking to share inspiring, strong people with my readers.
